We want you to be delighted with your purchase from A LIL Style. If, however, you need to exchange a clothing item, we've got you covered. Here's our simple exchange policy;
Conditions for Exchange:
* The clothing item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
* The purchaser presents the original till slip/invoice and credit card receipt where applicable
* Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
* Returns and Exchanges will be charged at a rate of R120 for a return and R240 (R120 X 2) for an exchange.
We will collect the product from you at standard courier charges. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price less the deducted fee for the product/products within 10 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take up to 10 working days* to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition, or missing any accessories.
